Fall lures me into catching up on some of my fave slow living channels, especially while I am relaxing on my swing under the Magnolia in my yard. It feels like the world has opened up to us again and it is lovely!
One of my faves, Simple Dee, shared her dog grooming of her sweet pup.
And some kimchi fried rice.
Food and dogs, what’s not to love?
I’ve talked about food plenty here so I’ll get back to Dogs.
Dog Groomers Dallas
Which is Dewey’s (seen above) favorite topic.
I think dog groomers are often unsung heroes of the pet world. They work really hard with a ton of variables. And they play a vital role in keeping our pups healthy, happy, and looking their best.
Here are just a few of the ways that dog groomers make a difference in the lives of dogs and their owners:
- They help to keep dogs healthy. Regular grooming can help to prevent mats and tangles, which can lead to skin problems. Groomers also check for fleas, ticks, and other parasites, and can help to remove them before they cause any problems. In addition, groomers can help to identify and treat skin conditions, ear infections, and other health problems.
- They make dogs look and feel their best. A good groomer will trim your dog’s nails, brush their coat, and give them a bath. This will help to remove dirt, debris, and loose hair, leaving your dog looking and feeling clean and fresh.
- They help to reduce shedding. Regular brushing and grooming can help to remove loose hair from your dog’s coat, reducing the amount of shedding in your home. This is especially beneficial for owners of long-haired dogs.
- They teach dogs to be comfortable with being handled. A good groomer will take the time to socialize your dog and make them feel comfortable with being handled. This can make grooming less stressful for both you and your dog.
- They provide companionship and exercise for dogs. For many dogs, a trip to the groomer is a fun and social experience. They get to meet new people and dogs, and they get to play and run around. This can be a great way for dogs to get exercise and mental stimulation.
Of course, not all dog groomers are created equal. It is important to choose a groomer who is experienced, qualified, and has a good reputation and you can always ask inside of the Dog Mom group in Plano.
Or you can DIY your grooming with this tool, a few of my family members swear by this.
