Brian and I were mountain biking Dinosaur Valley State Park, about an 90 minutes south of here in Glen Rose.
We were taking the climb very, very slowly. The truth is, I stopped to Instagram aka catch my breath. And then it happened . . .
A tandem mountain bike came whizzing by us. Uphill that is. What the . . .
I believe it was a married couple and riding a tandem bike, no less a mountain bike tandem bike speaks volumes about their marriage.

Since I prefer to stay married, I’ll stick with tandem coffee drinking and solo mountain bike riding.

So when we found out that Cadence Cyclery in Downtown McKinney Texas had opened up a new coffee shop inside of the awesome bike shop, we just had to go.
