Big changes are coming for Plano and Collin Creek Mall.
Those of us familiar with this classic 80’s mall sitting in the center of central Plano, knew that the day was coming.

Although Sears and JCPenney are still in operation, the bulldozers are not far away with bigger plans for the City.

Plano’s planning and zoning commission unanimously approved a plan by Centurion American Development Group on Monday to build the ambitious project on the 100-plus-acre site along U.S. Highway 75.
The redevelopment would include shopping, entertainment, housing, hotel and office buildings. Surprise surprise! 🤗
Smack dab in the middle will be a crystal lagoon (but I’m not sure its the kind we can swim in). But maybe?
