Museum of Memories in Dallas is full of Insta worthy backdrops & great way to escape the Texas heat! There are multiple rooms/walls with colorful art and different themes throughout (milk & giant cereal bowl, cloud room, layered giant birthday cake, seesaw, dear diary…)
Museum of Memories is an interactive art exhibit centered around positivity, creativity, and nostalgia, designed by the artist Steffi Lynn.
The exhibit is an hour long experience and consists of a variety of different art rooms and murals for you to explore to your heart’s content, all inspired by her childhood memories.
Keep in mind, they are memories somewhere in your timeline. 😂

History of the Museum of Memories Dallas
It is brand new, established in 2019.
Steffi created this museum of the happiest moments of her life. Moments that were pure joy and pure wonder.
Steffi Lynn did not just think about the past, she recreated it.
She built a place where art and design could transport people back to their
childhood.
And she chose Deep Ellum to make that vision a reality– and hence we have the Museum of Memories.
So what do you do at the Museum of Memories?
The museum is an art installation similar to the Museum of Ice Cream in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Miami and our own Sweet Tooth Hotel in Dallas. It’s a space filled with with artistic creations that Steffi Lynn created singlehandedly from drawings to 3-dimensional objects.
And it doesn’t matter if you’ve been to an Instagrammy art installation like this before: This one in Dallas is amazing and especially perfect for pictures with multiple people, friends or the whole family.

For now, the Museum of Memories iss designed as a pop-up — and you’ll have to head over to Deep Ellum to get access.
You’ll want to see the labor of love that Steffi spent two months on, creating this entire project all alone. From painting the inside of the 5,000-square-foot former nightclub to hand drawing every individual piece inside the coloring book room.
